The first benefit to hiring Virtual Assistance is you don’t need to invest in more equipment than what you already have. The VA should already have everything you need. If they don’t, obviously, don’t hire them.

The second reason to hire a Virtual Assistant is you don’t need to pay payroll taxes or other related taxes. Not only does that save you money, but it also saves you time. No need to do all of that tedious work.

The third benefit …and I would say the greatest reason to hire a Virtual Assistant… is you don’t have to pay health insurance. As we all know, the cost of health insurance today is totally out of control. That right there would save a Business Owner a huge amount of money.

The fourth reason is you don’t have to pay a mortgage or rent for an office. This allows the Business Owner to be able to work at home. That’s a huge benefit as well.

The fifth benefit is you don’t have to worry about any employees stealing or looking at any of your personal information. Ok, it sounds a little silly, I know, but it’s true. If you are a Business Owner… and you are out to lunch… and you have a new Assistant (or even an old one that you just don’t totally trust) in your company who is sitting right near your personal information… you just might think about cutting your lunch short. Ok, maybe I’m just paranoid… not sure… but I’d be concerned!

The sixth benefit to obtaining virtual assistance has to do with the amount of work a company has. In general, a company’s workload will vary. Some days things will be very busy… and some days things will not be busy at all. Why pay an employee when he or she is sitting around doing nothing? And what about the days when 4:00 comes around and one of your clients needs you to get something done immediately. If you have an employee who is working 9 to 5, typically at 4:59 their foot is just about out the door (if not sooner). Wouldn’t you feel bad asking the employee to stay late at the last minute? Well, ha, ha… most people would! But if you had a VA, you wouldn’t feel bad, right? You could just email over an assignment… even at 5:00 PM at night. A lot of VA’s work at night.

The seventh reason to hiring a Virtual Assistant is you don’t have to pay them vacation time… sick time… or even personal days. Think about how much money that saves.

The eight and final benefit that I will “talk” about is FREEDOM. Yes, VA’s allow Business Owners to have more freedom to do what they want to do. If the Owner of a company doesn’t have much work that week or even that day, he has the freedom to do as he pleases… play golf… go to the beach… take a spontaneous family vacation… or even take a nap!
